Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is responsible for creating and processing proposals, monitoring order fulfillment and preparing documentation for invoicing. CSRs handle a high volume of work and must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.



High school diploma or GED

Team player with the ability to work with all types of personalities

Highly self-motivated. You must be a pro-active self-starter

Ability to handle deadline pressures

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Sense of humor 

Team Design experience a plus
